Beret Flash
A shield-shaped embroidered item with a semi circular base, with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) inner blue border, diagonally split, its top scarlet and its base white, with five hash marks of scarlet to left and five hash marks of white to right, all edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) blue border, 2 1/4 inches (5.72 cm) in height by 1 7/8 inches (4.76 cm) in width overall. The beret flash was approved on 23 November 2005.

An oval shaped embroidered item with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) inner blue border, diagonally split, its top scarlet and its base white, with five hash marks of scarlet to left and five hash marks of white to right, all edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) blue border, 1 3/8 inches (3.49 cm) in height by 2 1/4 inches (5.72 cm) in width overall. The background trimming was approved on 23 November 2005.
